The Consol Craft Revolution, in conjunction with Sony Max is a feast for craft beer connoisseurs.

This event is a one-day travelling showcase and tasting extravaganza for craft beer and gourmet street food lovers alike.

Visitors at the Consol Craft Revolution, will get the opportunity to discover a selection of top South African craft beers from leading breweries including Ubuntu Kraal Brewery- ‘Home of Soweto Gold’, Roeks Beer, Robsons Beer , Mitchell’s Brewing, Brothers Brewing, Mainstream, Smack! Republic Brewing Co., Mad Giant Beer, Swagga Breweries, Black Horse Brewery, Two Okes Brewery, Brewhogs and Copperlake Breweries.

Food vendors will include LongTom Foods, Hogshead South Africa, Soul Souvlaki, Kasi Beer Mobile Garden, BRM, Vetkoek Café, Marco’s Mojo/Amexicana and the Barking Dog Smokehouse.

Windermere will be onsite with their cider and the Bushvine Trading Company will be offering vinpohiles the option of a glass of wine should they prefer. Mobile Coffee Café, Consol and Heidelberg will also be there to cater to those who prefer non-alcoholic options.

The entrance fee to the event is R80 per standard ticket and includes a limited edition beer glass.

Premium tickets are also available for R180 and this option includes the limited edition glass and a booklet of R100 Castros.

All food and drink purchased onsite will be done using the festival currency called “Castros”. Each Catsro is worth R5 and can be purchased at the event in denominations of R100 booklets.
