So many of us are unaware of our legal rights when it comes to our rights as Consumers. So often we have purchased items, and are faced with companies who do not allow us to return goods. We sign documents without being made aware of clauses that could be misrepresentation. Please read this act and be wise up: Consumer protection act no 68 of 2008
Familairise yourself with the terms and you never know when this will come in handy. I have had to state the act to a few stores recently. The act can protect us as consumers in various other ways. I am now legal smart.
